NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. SPONSOR

This giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Xavier The Camera Guy (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter or win.

3. GIVEAWAY PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 17, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 25, 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) ways to enter:

(a) Purchase Entry:
During the Promotion Period, participants will automatically receive one hundred (100) entries into the Sweepstakes for every $1.00 USD spent on eligible products purchased through the official website of Xavier The Camera Guy.

From time to time, Sponsor may announce a multiplier period on its website or Instagram (for example “2X entries” or “5X entries”), in which entries earned per dollar spent will increase as stated. Timing for any multiplier offer will be determined solely by Sponsor.

(b) Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE – Alternate Method of Entry):
To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" card, and mail it in a #10 envelope with proper postage to:

Each valid mail-in entry received will count as one hundred (100) entries, equal to $1 spent on the website. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 25, 2025, and received by December 1, 2025.

Incomplete, illegible, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.

5. PRIZES

There will be two (2) Grand Prizes awarded:

Grand Prize #1: One (1) Camera Lens (approximate retail value: $250 USD)

Grand Prize #2: One (1) $100 Visa Gift Card

No cash alternative, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The total prize value for this Sweepstakes is $350 USD. All federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or about December 1, 2025.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be notified by phone call using the contact information provided at the time of entry. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days, fails to respond, or is found ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release prior to receiving their prize.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; technical errors; or any other issues beyond its control.

9. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By entering, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Xavier The Camera Guy, Instagram, and their respective affiliates, representatives, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.

11. DATA USE

Personal information collected from entrants will be used only for the administration of this Sweepstakes and for contacting winners. Sponsor will not sell, share, or disclose entrants’ information to third parties.

12. GOVERNING LAW

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by a court of competent jurisdiction located in Kentucky.

13. WINNER LIST

The names of the winners will be announced on Xavier The Camera Guy’s website and Instagram page after the winners have been verified.
